Josh Gardener

Josh is a PhD student in the Center for Game Science and GRAIL. Josh researches how to optimize and augment human behavior using machine learning. He is currently researching machine learning-driven enhancements to CGS’s Mozak project. Josh holds dual MS degrees in Applied Statistics and Information Science, and a BS in philosophy, from the University of Michigan. Prior to his graduate studies, Josh was a high school and middle school math teacher for five years.
